RETURN POLICY

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. The item must be returned in its original condition, which means:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags must still be attached to the item.
- The item must be free from any odors, stains, or damage.

2. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. A valid order number is required to process your return. This would have been emailed to you when your order was first placed. 

Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Email us at spokenbystrangers@gmail.com to begin the return process. Let us know what item was ordered and why you would like to return it. Photo evidence is required if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Prepare the Item: Ensure the item meets all return conditions as specified above. Place the item in its original packaging.

3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is incorrect or damaged upon arrival. Spoken by Strangers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
